"Dillon Crites was the worst agent I've ever worked with. It took six months to send me my insurance cards. I received them after I switched agents. He didn't communicate with my bank about my homeowners insurance. So now I'm being charged $3,500 lenders insurance. I really shouldn't even have State Farm. He is super unresponsive, always on vacations and never in office. Really unhelpful and unorganized. I switched to Chad's office in Waynesville and had my problems fixed within the first week. As far as Dillon Crites office goes, I would highly not recommend choosing this office."

"Aaron, I am sorry you felt you did not get the level of service from us that you felt you deserved. I had spoken to you many times about these issues and the reasons for them that were out of our control. Unfortunately we are not responsible for your bank charging you for insurance. When we provided them proof of insurance they should no longer be charging you for additional insurance on your mortgage. You would need to dispute those mortgage charges with your bank, it is totally unrelated to State Farm. I do have many customers that I have to attend to and unfortunately I am not always able to respond right away which is why I have other licensed team members in the office willing to assist at all times. I am sorry it did not work out between us and glad you found an office that you feel your needs are best met!"

"Dillon and Crystal have always been very helpful and friendly. I will miss Crystal because she has been my insurance goto person for a long time. When our house burned up she came to our hotel the next day with a change of clothes, etc. so I could go buy clothes for us to wear. We didn't have anything. I will never forget her generosity and thoughtfulness."

"I called this office to solve a problem I have with my car accident and Dillon Crites took my call. He was inpatient, unprofessional, combative, incompetent and spoke over me when I was trying to explain my case and to top it off he ended up hanging up on me which is so disrespectful. If you call this office you'll see what I mean, he picks up the phone like you're bothering him and he lacks good phone manners. I lived in 7 different States and have been with Statefarm for a long time and never had a problem since all my agents have been amazing but I guess there could be a bad apple anywhere especially since this area is so underdeveloped and undertrained and customer service hasn't arrived here yet and is almost non existent. Take a look at the area and tell me what you see. They are primitive, at least 50 years behind from the rest of the country and it shows. The problem is that they don't know that they don't know. Have you ever seen the movie "Redneck Roots" filmed in NC ? Hollywood can't be wrong with the amazing portrayal of this piece of paradise LOL ! I don't recommend this Statefarm office full of rude and incompetent agents to anyone unless you like being treated like garbage."

"Jay, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with our level of service. The reason for your issue is you had an accident and wanted to file a collision claim when you do not have collision insurance. I tried explaining to you as patiently as I could for over half an hour over the phone that you had liability only for car insurance since September of 2017. You were with another office in another state when you selected that coverage. You switched to our office in 2021 and we provided you the same coverage you had with the previous agency. You've had your policy mailed to you for 7 years showing you what coverage you had. You are ultimately responsible for knowing what type of insurance you select. But we know insurance can sometimes be confusing so that is why we reach out multiple times per year to offer all of our clients a free review of their policy. As for the level of professionalism, I did not know how else to explain that to you and we were going nowhere. I asked you many times if there is anything else I could help you with and you just continued to insult me, my staff, and our area. I did not hang up on you until you started using name calling and calling us rednecks. I always strive to provide the very best customer service to my clients but I wont tolerate abuse. It doesn't seem like there's anything more we can do to satisfy you since you have a very stereotyping and negative view of people in the south. I do see where you have a pattern of leaving negative reviews on 24 other businesses and calling them rednecks and other insulting names as well. I'm sorry we weren't up to your standards, but I am happy to help any way I can including finding you coverage elsewhere if it must come to that. "
