"I called this office to solve a problem I have with my car accident and Dillon Crites took my call. He was inpatient, unprofessional, combative, incompetent and spoke over me when I was trying to explain my case and to top it off he ended up hanging up on me which is so disrespectful. If you call this office you'll see what I mean, he picks up the phone like you're bothering him and he lacks good phone manners. I lived in 7 different States and have been with Statefarm for a long time and never had a problem since all my agents have been amazing but I guess there could be a bad apple anywhere especially since this area is so underdeveloped and undertrained and customer service hasn't arrived here yet and is almost non existent. Take a look at the area and tell me what you see. They are primitive, at least 50 years behind from the rest of the country and it shows. The problem is that they don't know that they don't know. Have you ever seen the movie "Redneck Roots" filmed in NC ? Hollywood can't be wrong with the amazing portrayal of this piece of paradise LOL ! I don't recommend this Statefarm office full of rude and incompetent agents to anyone unless you like being treated like garbage."

"My first experience with State Farm was great! Dee Bates was very informative and took care of me unlike a lot of insurance groups. She picked up fast on the phone. She had awesome customer service and explained the policy very well. She sold me Auto Insurance. Since she did so great, she also sold me Homeowners Insurance. I am proud to be a part of the State Farm Insurance Group. State Farm took care of me unlike Geico and Progressive. I believe I have found the best insurance group-State Farm.
